Janet Kiraly, B.A., J.D.
Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public

Janet has been practising real estate and estates law since 2007. Janet attended York University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and subsequently attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where she obtained her J.D. In addition to the practice of law, Janet is interested in the pursuit of health and wellness.

Raika Sheppard, B.A., J.D.
Office Manager

Raika obtained her undergraduate degree from York University where she majored in Political Science, before obtaining her J.D. from Taft University. Raika has a keen interest in all things real estate, particularly Condominium Law, and has received her Condominium Management Certificate from Mohawk college, in addition to successfully completing her R.C.M. (Registered Condominium Manager) examination. In her spare time, Raika also works as a realtor, where she combines her passion for real estate and her knowledge in the field to find the most suitable homes and condominiums for her clients.

Ali Nobahar, B.A., J.D.
Barrister and Solicitor

Ali completed his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science at York University in 2015. He obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2019. Ali is our firm's new Associate Lawyer and is working on expanding his exposure and practice within various areas of the law, particularly Corporate law. Ali’s other interests include health and fitness.
